What are the differences between diet plans?
The menus of the MINI (1200-1300 kcal/day), MIDI (1700-1800 kcal/day) and MAXI (2200-2300 kcal/day) plans are identical, only the portion sizes differ.
Do you have plans without cow’s milk products?
We currently do not have any diet plans without cow’s milk products, and we cannot remove these products from the composition.
Do you have vegetarian kits?
We have pescatarian meal kits without meat and poultry.

How is the order going?

Is it possible to temporarily suspend the service?
Yes. If you are leaving town, traveling… please let us know 2 days in advance.
Can I cancel the service and get my money back?
You can. In the event of service termination, the refund amount will be calculated using the 1-day rate…
How long does it take to use up the selected plan?
Within three months.
Are you invoicing a legal entity?

How can I pay for services?
You can pay by bank transfer, Apple Pay, leasing (from 100 EUR) and pay in cash to the courier (applies to orders up to 1000 EUR). You must inform us in advance if you wish to pay in cash.
Is it possible to get a partial day kit?
Yes. You can also order smaller sets of dishes. They are conveniently available in our self-service menu by selecting INDIVIDUAL meal plans or you can contact us using the contacts provided.
Are all meal plans eligible for discounts?
The announced discounts can be applied to all meal plans. Discounts are not cumulative.
